Although Bregenz is situated on the shores of Lake Constance, it can also boast several mountain peaks of its own. The Pfänder peak (1,064m) is the local mountain which can be accessed by cable car. From the top of the Pfänder an unbelievable panoramic view opens up over the whole of Lake Constance.

Lido & indoor pool in Bregenz
Want to relax, unwind and recharge your batteries? That’s easy at the Bregenz lido. The pool is large, and there’s lots of room to move. The relaxation and regeneration areas are especially calming.
If it’s raining or snowing the indoor pool is the perfect place to swim and splash around in a warm and congenial atmosphere. The protected children’s area with a water slide and paddling pool is a wonderful place for tiny tots to run wild and have fun. Athletes can train in the 25 metre pool, and those less at home in the water can relax in the section reserved for non-swimmers.
Pfänder, the panoramic peak

Skiing & walking on the Bödele
Situated at an altitude of nearly 1,200 metres above sea level, the Bödele skiing and walking area is just 25 minutes’ drive from the hotel. Enjoying a ski area right on the doorstep, skiers, cross-country aficionados, ski tourers and winter walkers all appreciate the easy accessibility and the wonderful views Bödele offers over the Bregenzerwald.
It goes without saying that in summer Bödele’s beautiful scenery is a paradise for walkers. This popular local recreation area connects the Bregenzerwald with the Rhine Valley.
